Our story

House of Stitches started as a shared hobby between Shelby and Sharon, a daughter & mother-in-law duo. What began as quiet afternoons spent stitching together soon turned into a full-blown passion. They loved the creativity, the relaxation, and the joy of seeing a project come to life—so much so that they couldn’t imagine keeping it just to themselves.

As they explored their craft, they realized there were very few local needlepoint shops nearby. Supplies were hard to find, and there wasn’t a space where stitchers could gather, learn, and share ideas. That’s when the idea for House of Stitches was born—a place where the love of needlepoint could be shared with the community.

Our shop is a welcoming space stocked with quality canvases, threads, and all the accessories a stitcher could need. But more than that, it’s a place for connection. Whether you’re just starting your first project or you’ve been stitching for decades, we can’t wait to meet you, share our love of the craft, and help you bring your needlepoint visions to life!
